I wanted to let you know a bit more about the Plant Spirit Workshop that I am running. So have prepared this short video for you to let you know what to expect when you join me for the day.

It’s a subject that is really close to my heart, having owned and worked on a herb and flower farm previously for over 5 years, in which time I spent so much more time with plants than I did with people and so I really began to learn about the plants, their personalities and so forth. I learnt so much more in all that time from the plants themselves than I really did from all the wonderful books that I have been reading for years..

Workshops like this are a really fun way to learn and practice plant communication techniques as part of  group and share your discoveries with like-minded people. Previous participants have found the days to be not only really informative but surprisingly healing and full of the deep seated joy that comes from connection with our long forgotten and mostly ignored nature-self.
